Dominique Luna


  • Joined Natra in March 2017.
  • More than 20 years’ professional experience in food and beverage companies (both branded and private label)..
  • Managing Director of Refresco Iberia from 2006 to 2015, and later Business Director M&A Projects of Refresco Holdings until 2016.
  • CEO of Font Salem from 1994 until its sale to the Spanish brewery Damm in 2001, Managing Director and member of the Executive Board of DAMM until 2006.
  • Languages: Spanish, English, French and Dutch.

Raimon Trias

Chief Financial Officer

  • Joined Natra in July 2021.
  • 15+ years’ experience in Industrial and FMCG companies (Celsa Group and Nueva Pescanova Group) with international assignments in the UK and Poland and missions in Africa, the USA and Central & South America.
  • Group CFO at Nueva Pescanova (2016-2021) and CFO and MD roles at Celsa UK and Celsa Poland (2007-2016). Finance roles with a focus on transformation, costs, WC optimisation and organic and inorganic growth.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.

Jacques Abeille

Consumer Business Division Managing Director

  • Joined Natra in September 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer
  • In April 2023, Appointed Managing Director of the Consumer Business Division.
  • 20+ years’ experience in FMCG companies, including Nestlé, RJR Nabisco, Danone and Coca-Cola.
  • International assignments in Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria and missions on five continents.
  • Five years consulting for the EBRD in food companies in Europe, Eastern & Central Europe, Russia and Asia.
  • Former Commercial & Marketing Director, Board Member of the Cémoi Group in France.
  • Languages: English and French.

Michael Roberts

Ingredients Business Division Managing Director

  • Joined Natra in October 2022 as Corporate Technical Director Chocolate Production and Manager of the ingredients plant.
  • In April 2023, Appointed Ingredients Business Division Managing Director.
  • 30 years’ International experience in Chocolate & Cocoa Business.
  • Held various senior executive roles with multi national companies, Barry Callebaut, Louis Dreyfus & Delfi Limited.
  • International experience in operational & business assignments in Singapore, China, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and India.
  • Managed Project Teams for building chocolate factories in Japan, China and a Bio Diesel plant in Indonesia.
  • Languages: English and learning Spanish.

Duncan McIver

Chief Operations Officer

  • Joined Natra in September 2019.
  • 20+ years’ experience in the Industrial and Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG) in companies such as Unilever, SanLúcar and General Cable.
  • Senior roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Planning and Transformation, among others.
  • Experience in Europe, Asia and North and Latin America.
  • Languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Vasco Acursio

Chief Sourcing Officer

  • Rejoined Natra in December 2019 (previously employed from 2001 - 2015).
  • 20 years’ experience in the Sourcing area for different raw materials and cocoa product trading (both in Natra and in RockWinds).
  • Combined the role of Sourcing Director with that of Derivative Sales Director.
  • Languages: English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Joaquín Muñoz

Chief Sustainability Officer

  • Joined Natra in September 2019.
  • 15 years in sustainability senior/leader in international corporate positions (Bureau Veritas, Fairtrade).
  • 8 years in business strategic consultancy (Paribas, Mars/co).
  • Expertise in sustainable certification schemes applied to Food Industry, supply chain due diligences and ESG reporting.
  • Languages: Spanish, English and French.
