Armando Santacesaria
CEO
- He joined Natra in September 2024 as Chief Executive Officer.
- Over 25 years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods and food sector, with extensive expertise combining leadership, sales, marketing and industrial manufacturing optimisation.
- He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Migros Industry (one of the largest Private Labels producer in the world) and, prior to that, he held various senior leadership roles at Kellogg’s and Procter & Gamble.
- Languages: English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.
Simone Casaglia
CFO
- He joined Natra in May 2025 as Chief Financial Officer.
- International finance leader with over 25 years’ experience in leading companies across sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and luxury retail.
- He brings extensive experience in commercial finance, corporate finance and transformation. Before joining Natra he was Head of transformation and CFO China for Reckitt. Most recently he served as SVP Corporate finance at the gloabal jewelry company Pandora

Jacques Abeille
CCO
- He joined Natra in September 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer.
- Over 25 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector, with companies such as Nestlé, RJR Nabisco, Danone and Coca-Cola.
- 5 years’ consultancy for the EBRD with food companies in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Asia.
- He has served as Commercial and Marketing Director and as a Board Member of the Cémoi Group in France.
- Languages: English and French.
Michael Brebbia
COO
- He joined Natra in September 2024 as Chief Operations Officer.
- Over 20 years’ experience in the consumer goods and nutrition sectors, having worked for companies such as Danone, Roquette, Trouw Nutrition and Oterra.
- He has held Senior Management Roles in Operations, supply chain and strategic planning, amongst others.
- Experience in Europe, Asia, Oceania and North America
- Languages: English and French.
Vasco Acursio
CSO
- He worked at Natra for 15 years, until 2015, and rejoined the company in 2019. Today he is currently Chief Sourcing Officer.
- 25 years’ experience in the cocoa and FMCG sectors.
- He has extensive experience in negotiation, trading, procurement and sales, gained throughout his career in the food and chocolate sectors in international business.

Telva Arroyo
CPO
- She joined Natra in November 2025 as Chief People Officer.
- With over 25 years of international HR leadership across general industry, technology, healthcare, and consulting, Telva brings a transparent, collaborative, and results-driven approach that places People at the core of business success.
- Telva was previously VP Human Resources South Europe & Latam at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and, prior to that, She held various senior and leadership roles at General Electric, Merck, Otis and Accenture
