Who we are
Natra is made up of +1.000 people from 36 different nationalities who are hired, promoted and paid according to strict gender equality criteria. 95% of our team works in Europe and 5% in Canada.

Health and safety in the workplace
Natra has a solid occupational health and safety policy that applies to all the Group’s production plants.
We adopt a proactive approach in the field of occupational health and safety, with the aim of becoming a ‘Zero Accident’ organisation. All our factories have SMETA / SEDEX certification of their health and safety best practices.
And of course, the company is committed to complying with current legislation on prevention of occupational risks in the countries where it operates, guaranteeing safe and healthy conditions for all its workers, promoting a policy of continuous improvement and ensuring active participation by the entire team in a company-wide occupational health and safety policy.
